Large and nice villa with panoramic views of the fjord, only 20 minutes from beautiful Trondheim. Walking distance to the bus. Get the hotel feeling with ready-made beds in a home with plenty of space for parking, and a garden. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a basement with fitness equipment. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Large furnished porch. Sun from morning to evening. Walking distance to the city center with shops, cafe and interior shop. Five minutes to the nearest bus to Trondheim. Towels + bed linen included Baby cot/high chair The space Nice and airy detached house on two floors with large garden. Living room and kitchen area, and a bathroom, are located on the main floor. The bedrooms, bathroom, fitness equipment and basement room are located on the lower floor. You must therefore be able to walk up stairs. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table with space for 8-10 people. Two high chairs can be used. Large veranda with sofa set, gas grill and dining table with space for six people. In the garden we have a fire pan, sandpit and trampoline. These can be used at the guests' own risk. Never be more than one person on the trampoline at a time. This is a private house and we are a family of seven people who live here normally. Make yourself at home and treat our house as you would treat your own. We have board games, decks of cards, game consoles and many many books you can use during your stay. Guest access The entire house, except locked rooms on the main floor and locked rooms in the basement. Other things to note No partying. Strict non-smoking policy. No pets. The house is located in a residential area, so you must respect that it should be quiet in the evening.
