Our 11th floor beach front condo is our family's getaway, not a resort, where we enjoy the sea breeze from the couch & is nestled in a chill locals neighborhood. Gated 24 hour security, pool, beach access & pay laundry room. 26 miles from SJU airport 35 miles from historic Old San Juan 7 miles from El Yunque National Rain Forest 10 miles from Bio Bay 1 mile from Luquillo Kioskos & Luquillo Beach walkable to surfschool & Playa Azul The space ***Feb 2026--- The other building is experiencing renovation, painting, concrete repairs, so the pool is closed for potential falling debris. Both elevators in our tower have been replaced and are functioning.** ***March 2026 -- balcony door has been replaced with full glass!!! Large balcony on the 11th floor of Sandy Hills Condo with views of turquoise clear water on the gold sand beach, birds eye view of the surfers of La Pared to the west & a near empty beach to the east. Furnished apartment, Reliable high speed internet 300MBPS, Queen sized bed with AC in bedroom. Dining table, breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, citrus juicer, coffee maker, toaster. Beach chairs, ice chest, blue tooth speaker & hammock available for use. **Also note the maps address is different than the address the platform gives. Street vs mailing. Other things to note Live webcam on premises, faces out to ocean, does not record sound. Used for surf conditions, by weather community & general ocean viewing.
