A cozy entire place close to Zürich + Airport

Welcome to my renovated rental studio apartment, offering comfort and functionality. Work efficiently in the dedicated home office space with a screen, mouse, and keyboard. Relax on the leather sofa or enjoy a peaceful sleep in the double bed. Only 35 minutes from Zurich Airport by public transport or 19 minutes by car. Explore Zurich, just 20 minutes away by train. Take in the green scenery from the balcony and large windows. Experience work convenience, and tranquility in this inviting space. The space The walls are very thin, and there is no soundproof. You can hear, and you can be heard quite easily. As such, please remain quiet for the neighbours. A Fire TV stick is available, featuring Amazon Prime and YouTube. You can enjoy complimentary movies and series from the suggested content area on the main interface. However, not all content on the stick is open for viewing, as several password-protected sections exist. There is more toilet paper in the shoe drawer at the hallway. You can park in the free white markings on the street. DO NOT park on the yellow numbered spots, as they are private parking spots from others. The neighbors will call the removal service and you have to bear at least 500CHF fine. IMPORTANT: Do not operate the thermostat in the room. It is sensitive to manipulation as it may come off! And the room will become a sauna. It is not a manual old thermostat, but a smart one. With gentle steering at the front of the knob, one can set the temperature. Operate it with your fingers and not with the whole hand, otherwise the thermostat will come off the radiator and you know the result...sauna! Guest access The entire apartment is for your access. Also the balcony. Please do not consume the food-related products in the storage shelves and the fridge/freezer. DO NOT THROUGH GARBAGE IN THE OUTSIDE BINS! WHATSOVER! Other things to note Parties, events or anything illegal activity is prohibited by law. The Kanton Zürich requires by law the details of the foreign guests, which are requested to be delivered before the check-in. That means a photo of every guest's ID or passport.
