Here is the detailed description of our unit: Bedroom 1: -Queen size bed -Wardrobe with hangers to store your belongings -Ceiling fan and light with bluetooth connection you can play music while on bed with remote control -Split type air conditioning Bedroom2: -Single size bed with pullout bed for extra sleeping space -Wardrobe with hangers to store your belongings -Split type air conditioning -Ceiling fan and lights with bluetooth connection you can play music while on bed with remote control. -50 inch smart TV for your entertainment while laying on cozy bed. Living Room: -55 inch smart TV - Stay connected to our high speed internet. - Ceiling fan and lights. -4 seater sofa that is convertible to queen size bed. Dining area: -Four seater dining table made of marble, where you can enjoy meals or use as a work space. Kitchen area: -Refrigerator for storing perishable items. - 2 induction cooktop - Induction pans are available for cooking your meal - Microwave to re heat your meal -Keurig coffee maker to make your favorite coffee anytime, you can use it too if you just need hot water. -Rice maker - Utensils are provided for your convenience. Bathroom: -Heated shower for comfortable bathing experience. - We provide essential toiletries such body soap and shampoo. - Toilet paper and paper towel is readily available. Guest access Guest have access to playground, club house, and swimming pool (during weekdays) for free. However, weekends has to be arranged due to the limitations of the number of guest to allow in the premises. Use of gym will charged you a certain fee. Other things to note You need to contact my co-host before checking in since I'm not based in the Philippines. Please present a valid ID before checking in. List down the names of the persons who will stay in the unit. Check in: 2:00pm up to 8:00pm only Check out: 12:00pm HOUSE RULES: Please read carefully 1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING and VAPING allowed inside the unit. 2. No pets allowed in the building. 3. No events/parties allowed in the condo. 4. Only registered guest are allowed inside the condo. Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in. We make sure to prepare the unit based on the declared number of guests. 5. Always lock the main door and turn off all the appliances when leaving the condo unit. 6. Cooking of dried fish and squid are not allowed. These creates a strong odor inside the unit and other unit owners. We will charge the guest extra Php 2,000 for cleaning services. 7. Beddings can be requested for change and cleaning only once per week stay. Kindly inform us ahead of time. 8. A deposit of Php 1,000 upon check in is required and will be refunded upon guest check out date. 9. We will charge the guest if something has been broken or stolen during their stay in our unit. 10. We will charge Php 400 for lost key 11. Minimum stay of 5 days.
