The space The house, a recently remodeled old-style Baja home, has a warm, comfortable interior with fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez from most rooms. Enjoy peaceful outdoor living with gorgeous views from the garden and terraces overlooking the beach, ocean and far away bays and coastlines. When you lounge on the terrace and hear the sound of the waves and the wind brushing through the palm leaves, you know you are in paradise! The main house has 3 bedrooms: an upstairs master suite (CA KS bed) with full panoramic views of the ocean and a private patio; a bedroom with QS bed overlooking the front garden; and a beachfront patio bedroom with two twin beds. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout to keep the ocean breezes flowing. A charming detached Casita studio with private entrance and bathroom. The Casita is furnished with a queen size bed, A/C and overhead fan. The house has two stand-up paddleboards, 2 cruiser bikes and many other amenities perfect for a family, group of friends, or a romantic getaway. Launch your kiteboard or windsurfer from the beach in front of the house. Rent some mountain bikes from the town bike shop and hop onto the local single track network or toodle down the coast. Enjoy a BBQ in the backyard garden or relax in the hammock while listening to the birds. The driveway and parking area offer enough space for a camper or boat, and there’s a private boat ramp. A short walk down the beach takes you to the Hotel Palmas de Cortez where you can enjoy having a drink, snack or dinner the restaurant. The area also offers world class kite sailing, windsurfing, fishing, snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking and whale watching. You can find a myriad of other activities in town such as yoga, massage, pickle ball and ATV rentals. Guest access Washer, Dryer, Beach.
