Hotel Momotus - Standard Room

Welcome to Hotel Momotus. Our hotel is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Colombia - El Valle de Cocora in Salento. The property is located on a nature reserve that has two pristine flowing rivers that descend from the valley only a few meters away from you room. Enjoy our restaurant and bar, where you can try our favorite Colombian dishes or have a hot chocolate in the evenings. We invite you to experience the natural elements, zen and relaxation at Hotel Momotus. The space Our standard rooms come with queen beds and TV's. Bathrooms have soap and body wash for guests. Standard rooms have their own exterior patio with a view of the mountains. As for the property as a whole, we invite you to wander throughout the property and take in the sounds and fresh air that make our hotel one of a kind in the region. We have planted local fauna that's unique to region and will soon be able to provide fresh fruits and vegetables right from our garden to our guests. Keep in mind that upgrades are available upon request. If we cannot provide an upgrade, please request additional options we can accommodate all of your guests. Guest access As our guest you will be able to enjoy access to the entire property, including access to the river nearby. Other things to note ABOUT THIS SPACE: Our standard rooms can comfortably fit two people, but for those guests who wish to bring an additional guest to a standard room, upgrades are available upon request. If we cannot provide an upgrade, please request additional options we can accommodate all of your guests. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We are always delighted to provide additional services for our guests who may need transportation, guided tours, food recommendations and special requests. We have experience in preparing and serving weddings, corporate events and large birthday parties, so please write to us if you are interested in booking the property exclusively for your event. RULES AND REGULATIONS: As per resolution 1238 of the Colombian Government, we are obligated to register each and every guests that comes into our property. We must register all foreign guests visiting this property into the SIRE database (Sistema de Informacion de Registro de Extranjeros). Registering your information is a legal obligation we are expected to uphold with the government in order to operate the property. Therefore we must ask for your passport at the time of arrival and for every guest in your reservation.
