The villa reminds many guests of European travels. Thick adobe plastered walls and merola tiled floors evoke Tuscany. Each bedroom is furnished with curated antiques and luxury bedding. Rooms open onto balconies with garden views. Bathrooms are outfitted with deep soaker tubs surrounded by stone tiles. It’s a relaxing setting. Acres of public land stretch out beyond the stone villa walls. It’s convenient to reach stores and restaurants but once inside the gates it feels remote. Outdoor seating & mood lighting invite our guests to enjoy this natural setting. At night only the songs of frogs and crickets or the distant lowing of the neighbors cows might be audible. It’s the perfect venue for family reunions, intimate gatherings and small celebrations. Guests have a small yet well-appointed full kitchen, a living room with Roku TV, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and all terraced outdoor seating to themselves during their stay. The two larger rooms have additional foldaway beds that are perfect for extra guests or children. Hosts are available as needed. We are a short drive away. You might see us in the morning for breakfast, if desired. Charming little town with a river winding through pastures. 100 year old Italian restaurant & local farm to table market walking distance. Great area for cycling but it's nice to have a car too. We can recommend several places for bike tours and mountain biking. The villa has a private parking lot that can easily fit several cars.
