Nice room in a duplex

Hello, I rent one room in my beautiful old building attic maisonette apartment. I live here with my two boys. Our bedrooms are on the upper floor and your room is downstairs next to the living room. The apartment is in the south of Cologne overlooking the Rhine. The subway is 5 minutes away, bus and free parking (except on Fridays) are right outside the door.
