3 Luxury Rooms - Victorian Villa

Tony & Chris (and their 3 doggies) invite you stay in their home and will give you a very warm welcome. Our 3 spacious rooms are also listed separately, but this listing is for groups of 6 to 8 people who want to be together. Two rooms are double but they can both be increased to a triple with comfy portable Z-beds if needed. The Grand Room is superking. Two bathrooms are available for the three rooms. Brohedyn is a large Victorian villa in the village of Adpar, Newcastle Emlyn. The space The Grand Room has a superking bed with luxury mattress to ensure the best night's sleep. Within the Victorian wardrobe you will find a neatly hidden-away fridge for keeping things chilled. Tea and coffee making facilities are also tucked away in the wardrobe. There is a 32" smart TV with all major streaming channels connected, such as Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc but if you want "normal telly" this is only available in the guest lounge. You have a comfy sofa and armchair for relaxing and the best views of the Teifi Valley from anywhere in the house. The Grand Bathroom contains a luxury shower and the original roll-top bath (recently renovated). Handpainted double sinks complete the luxuriousness. The double rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. We love the character and charm of our home and we’ve furnished all of the rooms with period furniture, whilst giving a slightly modern twist on the decoration, but still in keeping with the period of the house. We have chosen a high specification for everything in the bathrooms, including luxury basins/taps, and state of the art shower cubicles. You have a fridge, into which we will put bottled water, and the milk of your choosing. There are tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms as well as a hairdryer. The shower room is decorated in neutral tones and has daylight spots which make it a lovely bright room. There is additional lighting above the mirror. We have chosen a high specification for everything in the bathrooms, including luxury basin/tap, and state of the art shower cubicles. Other things to note There is free parking at the top of our driveway, free Wifi throughout the property (with Wifi boosters on every floor). The veranda is an amazing place to sit and relax at any time of day, we but we've seen some beautiful sunsets from there :-)
