Our place is the perfect spot for your next outdoor adventure with all the comforts of home. You'll have access to the great outdoors in Avon, Beaver Creek, and Vail while staying in a home designed for ultimate comfort. After a long day on the town or mountain, unwind with a peaceful soak in the private hot tub or sip tea before the fireplace. Turn on your favorite movie or show on any of the four smart TVs for entertainment. When it comes time to cook or entertain your group, go to the kitchen to utilize the high-end appliances, pop open a bottle of wine that you stored in the wine cooler, or prepare mixed cocktails in the bar area. You'll find hosting a meal here to be a breeze! When the evening ends, make your way upstairs to get ready for bed in the luxuriously remodeled bathrooms. The beautifully tiled showers and modern features of the bathrooms will bring you every comfort as you prepare for another day of adventure. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed with Smart TV and En Suite Bath (2nd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed with Smart TV (2nd Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed with Trundle (Single over Full with Twin Trundle) Smart TV, and En Suite Bath (2nd Floor) 4th Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds (2nd Floor) Living Room - Queen Pull Out Sofa (1st Floor) There is a bus stop to both Vail and Beaver Creek, as well as the bike path leading to Vail, Avon, and Edwards. There is beautiful walking access down the bike path to great fly fishing on the Eagle River and great mountain biking from the house. The shops and restaurants in Avon are a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride. Pets are not allowed. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
