This homey apartment is located on the 1st floor, facing the Taborstrasse. The spacious living- and bedroom offers a 180cm king size boxspring bed for 2 guests, the additional bedroom has the just mentioned generous single bed for 1 guest and a work desk. Of course you get plenty of storage, a workdesk, table, couch, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. The space We call this charming one our "2-Room Studio". When I was a kid, I hated the foldable extra beds I had to sleep on. This is why we made this apartment. You will not only get an extra, separate bedroom with a very generous boxspring single bed (90cm wide), you will get a unique little balcony! But you do not have to have a kid to take advantage of the extra space and the extra bedroom. Use it as your separate office with the desk inside, as a guest bedroom for a friend, or simply take advantage of the added privacy when staying in a set of two. Guest access Our house offers an urban rarity - our little jewel, the inner garden with it's wonderful magnolia in the middle. Especially during the warmer summer month you can relax outside, have a drink, and maybe make some new friends. Other things to note Moreover, we have an on-site laundry room.
