Situated on the 1st floor (access by stairs), it shares the level with the Seascape Studio and, on the ground floor, with the 2-bedroom Apart. Seashore. You may book just one apartment or several at the same time – perfect for larger families or groups of friends. From the private balcony and the shared rooftop terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the bay, the beaches, and the mountain of Lagoa do Fogo. Location: ✔ São Roque Beach – 3 min walk ✔ Milícias Beach (surf) – 10 min walk ✔ Ponta Delgada historic center – 15/20 min walk ✔ Airport – 7 km ✔ Cafés, restaurants, mini-market, and pharmacy within walking distance Guest access Access to the apartment is via self check-in, using a code that will be provided a few days before your arrival. The same code will open both the main entrance of the Bay House and the apartment door, located on the 1st floor. This code is valid only during your stay and will be automatically deleted after check-out. At the top of the building, you’ll find a panoramic rooftop terrace with chairs, available for the shared use of the guests of the 3 apartments. Other things to note Accessibility & Access: Sealife is located on the 1st floor and is accessed via stairs only (no elevator). Parking: Free street parking is available in front of Bay House or adjacent buildings.
