Welcome to our heart home, designed to offer you a peaceful, comfortable and rejuvenating stay. We want you to feel good… just like at home (but with a little extra sun and softness)! Sleeps: • The house has 7 bedrooms, including a pair that are connected (bedroom 2), and 2 on the mezzanine, all with a visual separation to preserve privacy. • Each bedroom has its own private entrance. • All are equipped with comfortable double beds. Two bedrooms have sofa beds (they are not clic-clacs, but real mattresses purchased separately, to ensure a good night's sleep). • One bedroom offers two single beds, and a futon bed with mattress topper is also available. Bathrooms side: • No bathtub, but 4 independent showers, so that everyone can take their time without waiting. Garden side: • The garden is naturally lit until 10pm/10:30pm: you can enjoy your evenings by the pool in soft light, without having to turn on anything. Air conditioning & electricity: a gentle but important word… • Yes, the house is air-conditioned – for your comfort, especially during the summer. • And because we choose transparency, electricity is charged extra. • We receive the statements directly from EDF, so don't worry, no intrusion. • With reasonable use, the fee is around 6 to 8 euros per day, to be divided among you. • This approach is important to us: it helps to preserve the planet, avoid abuse (because yes, 24/7 air conditioning with windows open, we've already experienced it...), and to remain financially fair to all our guests. Please take this into account with kindness, that's all. Your pets are welcome too! • We love them very much, and they are welcome with pleasure. • We're simply asking you: • To notify us in advance of their arrival. • To pick up their little souvenirs in the garden. • Ensure that they do not climb on beds or sofas. • And if an additional cleaning fee is required, it will be charged separately. • We have pets ourselves, and we know that not everything is always predictable. But a little care and attention is all we ask for.
