Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space Dear guests, Welcome to our home, designed to offer you a peaceful, comfortable and rejuvenating stay. We care about making you feel good… like at home (but with a little extra sunshine and sweetness)! Sleeping arrangements: • The house has 7 bedrooms, including a communicating pair (bedroom 2), and 2 on the mezzanine, all with a visual separation to preserve privacy. • Each bedroom has its own private entrance. • All are equipped with comfortable double beds. Two bedrooms have sofa beds (these are not sofa beds, but real mattresses purchased separately, to ensure a good night's sleep). • One bedroom offers two single beds, and a futon bed with mattress topper is also available. Bathrooms: • No bathtub, but 4 independent showers, so everyone can take their time without waiting. Garden side: • The garden is naturally lit until 10 p.m./10:30 p.m.: you can enjoy your evenings by the pool in soft light, without having to turn anything on. Air conditioning & electricity: a sweet but important word... • Yes, the house is air-conditioned – for your comfort, especially in summer. • And because we make the choice of transparency, electricity is charged extra. • We receive the statements directly from EDF, so no worries, no intrusion. • In reasonable use, the costs are around 6 to 8 euros per day, to be divided between you. • This approach is important to us: it helps to preserve the planet, to avoid abuse (because yes, the air conditioning 24 hours a day, windows open, we have already experienced it...), and to remain financially fair to all our guests. Thank you for taking this into account with kindness, quite simply. Your pets are welcome, too! • We love them very much, and they are welcome with pleasure. • We simply ask you: • To notify us in advance of their arrival. • To pick up their little souvenirs in the garden. • To ensure that they do not climb on beds or sofas. • And if extra cleaning fees were needed, they would be counted separately. • We have animals ourselves, and we know that not everything is always predictable. But a little care and attention is all we ask. For even more relaxation... In collaboration with a trusted care center, we offer you the possibility to receive massages directly at home, in the comfort of the house. • This service is offered at an additional cost, at preferential rates specially negotiated for you. • Practitioners travel to the site, according to your availability, to offer you a moment of pure well-being. Don't hesitate to ask us for more information if you'd like to take advantage of it! And for the good of living together: • The house is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. But it loves good meals with family or friends, laughter, quiet games, long conversations... and above all, gentle and respectful atmospheres.
