Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space Dear guests: Welcome to our beloved home, designed to offer you a peaceful, comfortable and rejuvenating stay. We want you to feel good there… like at home (but with a little extra sunshine and sweetness)! Sleeping arrangements: • The house has 5 bedrooms, including a pair that are connected (bedroom 2), and 1 on the mezzanine, all with a visual separation to preserve privacy. • Each bedroom has its own private entrance. • All are equipped with comfortable double beds. Two bedrooms have sofa beds (these are not pull-out beds, but real mattresses purchased separately to ensure a good night's sleep). • One bedroom has two single beds, and a futon bed with a mattress topper is also available. Bathrooms: • No bathtub, but 3 independent showers, so everyone can take their time without waiting. Garden: • The garden is naturally lit until 10:00 PM/10:30 PM: you can enjoy your evenings by the pool in soft light, without having to turn anything on. Air conditioning & electricity: a gentle but important note... • Yes, the house is air-conditioned – for your comfort, especially during the summer. • And because we choose transparency, electricity is charged additionally. • We receive the readings directly from EDF, so don't worry, there's no intrusion. • With reasonable use, the cost is around €6 to €8 per day, to be shared among you. • This approach is important to us: it helps to preserve the planet, prevent misuse (because yes, 24-hour air conditioning with the windows open, we've already experienced that...), and remain financially fair to all our guests. Please kindly take this into consideration, quite simply. Your pets are welcome, too! • We love them very much, and they are welcome with pleasure. • We simply ask that you: • To let us know in advance that they are coming. • To pick up their little souvenirs in the garden. • To make sure they don't climb on beds or sofas. • And if an extra cleaning fee is required, it will be charged separately. • We have animals ourselves, and we know that not everything is always predictable. But a little care and attention is all we ask. For even more relaxation... In collaboration with a trusted treatment center, we offer you the possibility of receiving massages directly at home, in the comfort of the house. • This service is offered at an extra cost, at preferential rates specially negotiated for you. • The practitioners come to you, according to your availability, to offer you a moment of pure well-being. Please feel free to ask us for more information if you would like to take advantage of this! And for harmonious living together: • The house is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. But it loves good meals with family or friends, laughter, quiet games, long conversations... and above all, a gentle and respectful atmosphere.
