Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper, coffee filters, and laundry detergent. Bring your own toiletries. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 days prior 50% refund, 15 or less, no refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason.
