Our property consists of two independent rooms, called East room and West room, located in the picturesque village of Bruscoli, in Alto Mugello, Tuscany. The location is ideal for hiking enthusiasts, being a stone's throw from the "Via degli Dei" and the "Semi tappa della Via Mater Dei", near the picturesque Passo della Futa. In addition, we are conveniently located just minutes from the Pian del Voglio (Panoramica) and Badia (Direttissima) motorway exits, facilitating access and mobility for our guests. The space The B&B is located on the main road and is easily accessible by car from the Pian del Voglio and Roncobilaccio motorway exits (A1 PANORAMICA) and from the Badia and Firenzuola motorway exits (A1 DIRETTISSIMA). Public parking within walking distance. The breakfast/drinks area is shared. The property was obtained from our old grocery store. Renewable energy is a strong point of our Bed & Breakfast.
