Your deposit will be affected if they are allowed on couches or beds as it extremely hard to remove dog hair and linens may have to be disposed and or a professional cleaning service hired to steam clean couches. Mind you, there is a vet hospital in the village that is very reasonable and only 1 mile away. While we welcome your dogs/cats we ask you to be responsible as dogs/cats are known to scratch doors if they are left unattended in a room with the door closed. We have custom doors that are $1500 a piece. Should doors be damaged, you will be responsible for replacing the door, not refurbishing it. -POOL DISCLAIMER: Swimming pool and jacuzzi are offered at no extra cost to you unless you want the pool heated which is $200 per day and requires a two day minimum. If you only want to heat the hot tub inside the swimming pool, it is $100 per day. If anything should go wrong with the pool during you stay we will do everything in our power to fix it immediately but you will not receive a refund as a result. Please understand that there are certain things out of our control (I.e. arrival of parts and or getting a technician out here). -Max guests is 6 guests, that includes any children, infants, etc. No more than 6 guests at anytime in the property without prior approval. If more than 6 guests are on the property at anytime, you will be charged $50 per guests, per day and your reservation will be CANCELLED without a refund. -No parties. If at anytime there as an event or party during your stay, you forfeit your deposit and reservation, at which point you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Check-in: 4 PM (if you would like to check-in early, it is $50 per hour. Checkout: 10 AM, if you checkout late, it is $50 per hour.
