You'll have access to a large bedroom, a mezzanine bedroom open to the living area, and a children’s bedroom. A 20m² playroom on the ground floor offers plenty of books, board games, toys (for all ages), and a video game console. Laundry room / Pantry Large garden with a relaxation area (sun loungers), swing, secure swimming pool, and barbecue. A workspace is also available. Guest access The tenants have access to the entire property except for the fourth bedroom (which is closed off) and the garage area, which remain for the exclusive use of the owner.
