Our small Apple farm is 1 1/2 miles from Historic Pultneyville and Lake Ontario, and about 12 miles to Palmyra, an easy drive down Route 21; would be an easy commute for Hill Cumorah. Williamson, Webster, and the surrounding towns offer unique art galleries, farm markets, and many local wineries and cider breweries. Rochester is 30 minutes away. Large Cobblestone house with approx. 2700 sq. ft. Of guest space. Guests have access to 4 bedrooms and have access to all common rooms including the living room, fully stocked kitchen, (coffee, tea, non-dairy creamer, and a variety of sugars provided), study, laundry area, etc. Backyard deck view (covered Pergola) is of apple orchards. The Blue Bedroom: main floor, hardwood floor, antique bedroom suite, queen bed. The Sanibel Island Bedroom: upper level, trundle bed with pull-out twin, and custom built youth bed. The Captiva Island Bedroom (connecting bedrooms-you have to go through Sanibel to get to Captiva.): upper level, double bed and a twin bed. The Big Room: lower level, 2nd full bathroom next to it, double bed, two single beds, room for and one extra plastic covered mattress if you need more sleeping accommodations. This room also has a refrigerator. The study has a leather couch for reading and a desk for computer work. This is a quiet, peaceful room. The living room has a leather couch and leather chair with ottoman, leather recliner, 2 antique oak mission rockers, and a puzzle table; lots of seating for watching tv on the 42” plasma television. 100s of DVDs and an available hdmi port if you want to bring your own fire stick or Roku to access your own account information. The kitchen is fully stocked, including French Press, Keurig machine, Cuisinart Drip coffee pot with side hot water, panini press, many large and small pots and pans, fondue pot, electric kettle, 4 slice Cuisinart toaster, microwave, etc. I have a private in-law apt. at the back of the house. I am fully available if you have questions or need something, but you will not need to share space with me; I have a private entrance and private deck. Guests have access to 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guests also have access to kitchen, living room, study, laundry room, back patio, grill, etc. I will be available for any questions, local information, or directions, but will be out of their way to let them enjoy their family time. Guests do not have access to the barns, but are welcome to walk around the apple orchards and gardens. There is also a play yard for children with a wooden swing set: slide, 2 swings, 1 toddler swing, and monkey bar. I am fully available either in person, by text, or by phone. I will be out of your way, but would be happy to assist you in any way in directions, places to visit, etc. Young Sommer Winery is on my road, 3 houses away (but all are at least 2 acres at this end of the road). Lagoner Farms is a mile away, Pultneyville is 1 1/2 away, Sodus Point is 15 minutes, Palmyra 20 minutes away; lots to do in this area. You will need a car or bike for local visits. There is no public transportation, but Uber and Lyft operate in this area now. This is a beautiful area for long walks. This is a beautiful country setting, very peaceful and relaxing.
