Magical country setting with hot tub and pool

Country neighborhood, yet close to grocery shopping and coffee shop/restaurants (10 mins). Main house is an Airbnb on same property with shared backyard, hot tub, pool & bbq. Wifi, Parking spaces- room for car, trailer or boat in driveway, hikes and bike trails, hospital, theater, wineries, and pubs nearby. 15 mins from town. The space Don’t book if you plan to smoke anything of any kind, party, bring animals or children or are local. I like to keep a clean, allergen free location for all guests. Lounge or work from living room or dining area, back patio has a private area to read or enjoy the beautiful backyard with shared swimming pool and hot tub (you can reserve an exclusive time). Safe neighborhood with your own parking spot(s), wet bar has a toaster oven, hot plate, & coffee/tea bar. Great biking/walking trails close by, Whiskeytown lake is 15 mins away, hospital is 10 mins, the Sundial Bridge, Turtle Bay, as well as, Mt. Shasta snow park is 75 mins and Shasta Lake is 30 mins. If you are booking this - you agree to the house rules. Guest access shared swimming pool and hot tub - appointment for solo times. Driveway is guest parking. Other things to note Cell service is spotty. You’ll have wifi once you arrive. Trash trucks can be heard twice in the window of Friday mornings 6am-12 noon. For the kitchen I have a large toaster oven, microwave, mini crock pot, and large electric skillet for cooking. I have utensils for cooking. I have a propane barbecue, but not charcoal. Security camera by front door, garage door and front of main house. Quiet hours are 9pm - 8 am Pool maintenance is typically Tuesday - Thursday. Please wait one hour after he leaves to use pool or hot tub. You can also rent the main house next door.
