A restored 18th Cottage situated in a tiny rural village where time has literally stood still! Babio is a very quiet wine growing hamlet, where the country lane stops at the village. It’s a place to relax, and immerse yourself in authentic French rural life. The garden, separate to the house, but less than 20 paces away, has a swimming pool and summer kitchen that look out over a valley made up of vineyards and olive groves, with mountains in the background. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY The space Restoration of house and creation of garden and pool area completed in 2023. Like many ancient village houses in France, the garden is detached from the house by just 20 paces. Steps lead down to a private and secluded terrace and garden area with swimming pool and summer kitchen that’s housed in a large converted stone water tank. It has a hammock, plancha, running water and cool boxes. Guest access Guests can access the whole property and the garden. Other things to note The house has a No Smoking policy in both the house and the garden.
