It consists of two floors,with one apartment per floor,for extra privacy. The area is residential and very safe for our guests. The building provides the cleaning and maintenance service of the common areas, which include lighting, ornamental plants, and outdoor furniture. Upon arrival at the building you find the Main Door with the lockbox where the key for the guest is left. In this way, allowing access to the building and the right floor. For security, all common areas have bars and locks. Other things to note Internet service is a courtesy one enabled based on the availability of the service of the substitute company's service. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for utilities of Electricity and Water with Sewerage, from Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these benefits will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. We hope that all our tenants maintain a high level of responsibility and commitment, both with the behavior in the facilities of the building and in the apartment, as well as with the articles and the property itself, for which they will be entirely responsible and at the end they agree that the parties who have reserved with the payment and formalization are recognized and accept all the points already mentioned. Our parking service is according to availability in front of the same building. In addition we have an agreement for parking 24 hours a day, in a private parking lot in the block after the building, for an additional charge of US$10 P/night. The reservation will be charged in full at the time of formalization.
