The space The 2 acre property has only trees for neighbours and is nestled along the edge of Gull Pond. The guest house stands alone with woods surrounding it and is 50 feet from the main house. The seating beside the pond is peaceful and private. Your own barbecue area plus a fire pit provide cosy evenings. The 'sun-house' stands alone and provides a bright cheerful space out of the wind and rain during daytime or evening. It is bright and cheerful in the winter and has electric blankets. You will feel that you are in your own private park while visiting Hidden Gem. Guest access ISOLATING DUE TO COVID This property is well suited as you will have a 2 acre site for walks. There is seating by the pond for viewing. The sun house sits on lawn and is yours to use exclusively for reading or sipping coffee. There is free parking. Other things to note During the summer and autumn, canoeing and kayaking can be done on the pond. Kayak instruction is offered privately by another individual. Details available.
