A perfect combination of beach, comfort and leisure for an unforgettable vacation. Other things to note House Rules and Rental Conditions 1. Cleaning for long-term reservations • If the stay exceeds 28 days, guests are required to agree to and allow access for mandatory additional cleaning, carried out by Espavista cleaning staff previously coordinated with the guest. • Cleaning is done during the stay: - for stays of 1 to 2 months — at least one additional cleaning, usually in the middle of the rental period; - for stays longer than 2 months — at least once a month. • Payment is made directly to Espavista's cleaning staff. • The cost of the additional cleaning is equal to the cost of the final cleaning indicated in the reservation. • In case of refusal to perform the mandatory cleaning, the amount may be deducted from the security deposit. 2. Damages and liability: • The guest is liable for any damage caused by intentional actions, misuse, or negligent treatment of the property. • Damages will be covered by the security deposit and, if the amount exceeds the security deposit, the guest will be required to reimburse the additional cost. • The owner will only be responsible for repairs or replacements of equipment that fails due to normal wear and tear. 3. Communication of damages • The guest must immediately notify the owner of any damage or malfunction: - within 1 hour — if the problem may cause an accident, flood, damage to neighbors, or risk to occupants or third parties; - within 24 hours — for other damage that does not pose a safety risk. • Notification must be made in writing (via Airbnb). 4. Other conditions • Smoking is prohibited inside the property. • No parties or events that disturb public order are allowed. • In case of lost keys or pool cards/wristbands, the guest must pay the cost of their replacement (a new lock can cost from 60 euros). **** IMPORTANT **** We are a company dedicated to managing Airbnb tourist rentals, therefore our guest service hours are from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. During these hours, our team will be available to help you with anything you need, both by phone and by message, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and hassle-free. The keys are collected at our office, located at Centro Comercial Parquemar, Av. Belgium 1, Local 12, 03188 Torrevieja, La Mata. Depending on the season, we will try to personally welcome you to the home, although we cannot always guarantee it due to the high demand. Outside these hours, holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), you will be able to self-check-in, picking up the key yourself in a 24-hour lockbox, following the instructions we will send you in advance. In case of emergencies after hours, we are available 24/7 by phone to assist you as soon as possible.
