You do not share spaces with other guests or with the owners except for the main entrance of the property, the parking lot and the outdoor garden. The property is surrounded by nature where you can see a great variety of birds (orioles, toucans, scarlet macaws, etc.), sloths and monkeys often visit us; It is completely closed and has 24 hour surveillance. The apartment has a main room with a queen-size bed and orthopedic mattress, the toilet is divided into: a shower with a window that overlooks the trees and the toilet in another space, the kitchen is fully equipped (with induction stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, grease extractor, etc), a comfortable table to eat or work and 50mb fiber optic internet, a private balcony overlooking our tropical garden and the beautiful trees of the property. It is a completely concrete construction in a modern style, with air conditioning, windows protected with glass that will keep unwanted insects away. The apartment has a closed private parking that faces the main road and has security cameras active 24 hours a day. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature, a perfect place to rest and relax or spend a few months by the sea. Playa Chiquita is considered the most beautiful in the Caribbean, it is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and is reached through a path surrounded by plants and the fauna of the area. Guest access Guests have access to the 750-square-meter garden of tropical plants that surrounds the apartments, we have 2 giant trees native to the area, ideal for observing monkeys, scarlet macaws, sloths, etc. Ananá Apartments have a barbecue area, with a couch, two seats and a little table, hammocks to read or rest enjoying the peace of the area. In the future, also beds for sunbathing. Other things to note Despite the lush vegetation, we are in an area where there is a severe water shortage. We ask our guests not to waste this precious resource. Being in a tropical location, despite our best efforts, some insects may still find a way in. We always put all our work and our passion to offer the best accommodation for our guests, we invite you to respect this space and help us to leave each space clean and tidy. We offer a place to rest and take advantage of the nature and calm of the Caribbean: to guarantee this to all our guests it is forbidden to listen to loud music at any time of day or night. We have a laundrie for our guests. You can bring your pet by paying an additional security deposit of $100 + $15 a night for each pet and taking into account the following terms: - Do not climb on beds or furniture - There should be no hair on the cushions, sheets, etc. - Do not urinate on the walls or furniture in the house - Do not chew the furniture - They should collect fecal waste and put it in the compost booth or in the wooded area outside the garden.
