This is a 3bd/3ba condo 1.9 miles from FSU, 1.3 miles from the legislature, and 3.6 miles from TMH. Features 3 comfortable queen beds, 3 full baths with rain showers, a stocked, newly re-modelled kitchen, laundry, dining area, and essentials. Pets are permitted and we clean using only eco-friendly products. Long-term and Corporate/Government stays are welcome. Gameday and Graduations cannot get easier with the location of this house. Community pool and club house access from Mon-Sat (9AM-6PM). The space I have been minimalistic with the furniture so that my guests can enjoy the 1300 square foot of space. Settle in and relax! Guest access Front door has a lockbox so you can check in anytime on the day of your reservation (as early as you like - however, please confirm your checkin time in case its a busy weekend and cleaning crew is working for your checkin!). In case you have any questions, you can call me 24x7 and/or press the Ring bell at the door. You will receive arrival instructions and the door/gate codes 1-2 days before your stay. You'll have the entire place to yourself and will be able to access the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and clothes closets (basically if it's unlocked you have access to it). There are several designated VISITOR parking spaces in the front of the building to your right hand side and additionally there are plenty of visitor parking spaces throughout the community. Other things to note *Note- the Condo is located on the 3rd floor. You must be able to climb steps.
