*New* 1 Bedroom on the best block in Logan Circle
Description
Welcome to the heart of Washington, D.C., where modern urban living meets historic charm. Nestled in the vibrant Logan Circle neighborhood, our 1-bedroom airbnb offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the city’s rich culture and convenience. With its prime location, contemporary amenities, and stylish design, this apartment is the perfect place to call home while you explore all that the nation’s capital has to offer. The space Our airbnb is a grade level basement apartment within our home. The entire house was gutted and renovated in 2022, so everything is new. The apartment consists of a large living, dining, and kitchen area with excellent southern light in the bay window. Connected by double sliding doors is a cozy bedroom with a large closet and king-size bed. The kitchen has a large island with seating and high-end stainless steel appliances. The living room has a queen-size pull out couch if needed. The sheets can be found in the chaise connected to the couch. There is a storage room and laundry across from the kitchen island. The storage room will have first aid, fire extinguisher, extra pillows, extra towels, vacuum, and other cleaning items you may need. The bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower. The shower can be operated by first selecting either the wand or shower head and then the dial for temperature. Please make sure the glass door is pulled in and over the seal to minimize water on the floor. Water also settles on the window sill, and a squeegee is provided if you would like to wipe that dry after showering. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment. There are 2 combination key pads that will have unique codes for your stay. The codes will be provided before check-in. Once inside, the lock is manual. Please lock both doors each time you come and go. Other things to note There is a small area outside the front door to sit. We do not allow guests into the back patio except in emergencies. If there is an emergency and guests need to exit out of the sliding glass doors, there is a lock along the bottom rail that can be unlocked by using your foot or hand. The door handle also needs to be unlocked to slide the door. If you would like me to show you how this works, I would be happy to do so. Registration Details Hosted License: 5007242201002864
