Here you can enjoy one of the most typical and beautiful villages in Menorca by staying in a unique and unforgettable Menorcan-style property that offers the possibility of enjoying private access to the desired Alcaufar cove and sleeping in a private cave facing the sea. The property comprises several buildings and outdoor living areas distributed on different levels. From the street you can access a spacious garage and a small annex with a room with a bathroom with a shower, perfect for the service although it can also be used as another single room. A few meters away is the main house consisting of three double bedrooms with air conditioning, a kitchen and two bathrooms with showers. The common areas of the house are outside, a nice dining room overlooking the ocean on the porch of the house and an outdoor living room covered with awnings with comfortable sofas in the garden. A little further down in the garden we discover a porch with another seating area and a house with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, a loft with a double bed and downstairs another bathroom and a large area with two single beds that can be used as a seating area or another bedroom. Outside, a private solarium area has been equipped with sun loungers and parasols, where you can relax accompanied by the sound of the sea. But the most unique thing about this house is its private access to the sea, which in the middle of summer when all the beaches are crowded, is a real luxury. At sea level there is a private cave converted into a summer lounge, with a concrete platform where the property installs a metal staircase with which the sea is accessed. In the cave there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a perfect place for a nap in a cool space in front of the sea. There is the possibility of renting a buoy in front of the house for a boat up to 7 meters. This property will certainly provide you with an unforgettable experience. Other things to note In front of this second little house there is a right of way so very occasionally you can see people from the village passing by. Upon arrival you will find the following basics: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher tablets, a garbage bag inside each bucket, dishwashing detergent, a scouring pad and a kitchen cloth; everything you need for the first few days but not enough for the entire stay. No condiments or oil are provided.
