The room has a generous window overlooking the countryside, comfortable beds, and a large wardrobe with doors. Ocean 11 has weekly housekeeping. The space The interior is cozy and practical, designed so that you can work and/or rest. The bedroom conveys tranquility and lightness, with a double bed or two single beds, a desk with a chair and a generous wardrobe and TV. The toilet is outside the room and is shared with another room. The work area has comfortable chairs, monitors and fast internet, with access to a balcony where you can rest. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and gives access to the back garden, where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is known for great waves for surfing, hiking, mountain biking, river paddling and fishing. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms with a capacity for 6 people. Guest access Guests have access to the rear garden and front balcony, located on the 1st floor. Guests do not have access to the ground floor or the terrace located on the ground floor. During your stay During the stay, we make our guests comfortable, always being available to help with any need, or in case of unavailability on our part, a family member will be available. Other things to note - To comply with the legislation, all non-Portuguese citizens will have to provide their identification information for communication to the SEF. - The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person per night up to a maximum of seven nights from the age of 13): €2.20 (May 1 to October 31) €1.10 (November 1 to April 30) - No pets allowed. - No smoking inside the house. - No parties or events. - Guests must respect the silence, reduce noise, between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. - Access to the house is only allowed to guests, hosts and cleaning staff.
