A large modern kitchen w/ Vulcan oven, Dutchman wood burning stove, large outdoor fire pit, BBQ, and ample space for everyone. The space The 2-story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a game room on the lower level. The open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen gives plenty of space for gathering and enjoying good times with family and friends. The home is located just above Route 23 so is centrally located to downtown Windham. Upper level: kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom & deck with BBQ. NOTE: There are 12 shallow stairs from the foyer up to the upper level. Lower level: Bedroom (queen), bedroom (2 twins), game room, & full bathroom. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2023 with stone countertops and an island for gathering. The kitchen also includes a commercial Vulcan 6 burner gas range. It is professional grade and is found in many restaurants. The living room has a leather L-shaped couch, a Dutchwest wood burning stove, and a 55-inch tv. The dining table is custom made from live edge maple and can seat 10 people. It has two bench seats and two end chairs. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has French doors that lead directly to the outdoor deck. Wake up in the morning with direct access to the deck and mountain views. The game room on the lower level can entertain all ages - with a Pac Man cabinet arcade, foosball table, board games, card games, darts, large TV screen and more! Enjoy the oversized, outdoor fire pit with cedar Adirondack chairs and large boulders. Side by the fire with a view of the ski mountain. The outdoor deck has a variety of furniture. A large gas stainless steel BBQ with multiple gas burners and a side burner is also located on the deck. Driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. High speed internet is great for video conferences and working remotely. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note The upper level (main level) requires walking up 12 shallow stairs. Air conditioning is for upper level only and is activated by a remote control. Lower level does not need AC, but room fans are provided.
