Each unit is on its own acre of land. - It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to come with an SUV/car that has 4WD/AWD. We can’t express this enough!! The road leading to the site are dirt roads and can be very bumpy. We never know the condition of the roads. - The mini fridge does NOT keep meat and food cold. It’s big enough for a few bottles of water. - There’s no air conditioning until April 18, 2024 - Effective April 18, 2024 water will be on 24/7. - Guests to provide their own fire wood for the fire pits. There is a local gas station that sells firewood about 10 minutes from the site. We also sell wood for $7 a bundle. - We DO not provide extra blankets - These tiny homes are on a 10 acre site. There are 4 tiny homes each on their own respective acre of land - This is an OFF- grid glamping experience. The entire property runs on solar power.
