The atypical house & its pool

Come and stay in this atypical, comfortable and warm 150 m² house, where life is good at the foot of the Pyrenees 🏔️ Located 10 minutes from Lourdes and 30 minutes from Pau, it is ideally located close to shops, activities and many hikes. Its wooded and fenced garden, paved courtyard, large covered wooden terrace and above-ground swimming pool offer all the comforts necessary for a pleasant, friendly and rejuvenating stay🌸. The space 🏡 Everything is included in the nightly rate: beds are made on arrival, bath linen is provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is provided, so you only have to enjoy your stay to the fullest. 🧺 🐶 Due to too much damage caused during stays with large dogs, they are no longer accepted (except for assistance dogs). Please contact me before booking with a pet. 👨‍💻 The internet is fast: the house has been equipped with fiber optics since 09/11/23. 🦩 The saltwater, unheated pool is open from April to October. ❄️ Reversible central heating/air-conditioning is installed in the living-dining room as well as in two bedrooms. 🪵 A sufficient amount of wood for the duration of the stay is available for the insert. 💧 Hot water is produced by a 250 L thermodynamic tank. A rainwater pump supplies the toilet, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor watering — it automatically triggers when they are used. 🌟 The house is classified as a "3-star tourist accommodation". It is entirely private — I do not live there. 🛏️ The beds are made upon arrival and bath linens are provided. 🧴 All basic necessities are available: salt, pepper, oils, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, household products, laundry, etc. ☕️ Coffee machine: Dolce Gusto. The equipped kitchen is open to a large dining room (table for 10 people) and a spacious living room with large sofa, wood insert and large screen TV. 🏡 You will enjoy the wooded and fenced garden, the large covered terrace, the paved courtyard and the swimming pool accessible directly from the living room. Available: deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, garden furniture, foosball/billiards, pool games, basketball hoop and ball. ⏩ Access to the pool is secured by code barriers. 🛏️ The 3 bedrooms are upstairs: • the first has a walk-in shower and double sink, • the second with a spa bath, • the third is located at the end of the walkway, with an office area and children's play area. A third bathroom is located at the entrance to the laundry room. 🚾 Three independent toilets: one on the ground floor (with hand washbasin), one upstairs, and one in the laundry room. 🧺 Also available: • a double sofa bed in the storage room, • a single folding bed, • a baby bed and high chair, • as well as an equipped laundry room: large capacity washing machine (products provided), dryer, iron and ironing board, freezer. Guest access All areas of the accommodation, both indoors and outdoors, including the pool, are private. Only the workshop and closed garage are not accessible. Other things to note The house's capacity can be extended to 7 or even 8 people with extra beds.
