With 7 spacious bedrooms (4 king beds!), 3 full baths, HUGE game room & expansive outdoor spaces, this home is ideal for groups & can accommodate up to 20 guests MAXIMUM (extra fee, see below). Fully equipped with ski/board racks, heated porch to dry off gear, plenty of parking (plus garage) & bikes/sleds for guest use. Walk to restaurants, mtn & gondola views! The space PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING Sleeping arrangements are as listed below: the first two levels sleep up to 12 people ONLY (with persons 11 & 12 sleeping on fold-out memory foam floor mattresses). The third level can be booked for an additional $100/per night +TAX and accommodates an additional 8 people, for a total of up to 20 guests. Contact your host IN ADVANCE (or during your reservation request) if you wish to add the third level on to your reservation, otherwise it will be locked off from the rest of the house. This allows small groups to book at the base rate with 2 floors only (if desired). Groups of more than 12 must add on the third floor. *PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING DUE TO THE AGE AND LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE. THIS PROPERTY HAS MANY STAIRS AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR VERY SMALL CHILDREN. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.* PERMIT #22-45 *****Main floor/level 1***** Kitchen/dining/living room/laundry and one full bathroom. Bedroom 1: queen bed and ensuite bathroom. *****Level 2***** Game room, 2 bathrooms, wrap around decks. Bedroom 2: King size bed, 2 twin memory foam floor mattresses in closet, television, pack 'n play, desk, direct upper deck access. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, direct upper deck access. Bedroom 4: King bed, television, direct upper deck access. Bedroom 5: Queen bed, no direct access to upper deck. *****Third level (ADDITIONAL COST)***** Bedroom 6: King bed, queen bed, television. Bedroom 7: King bed, 2 twin beds. Guest access The first 12 guests are included in the base price and will have access to the first 2 floors of the house (5bd/3ba) which includes everything except the two bedrooms on the top floor. The third floor can be added on to the reservation at an additional cost of $100 per night and sleeps an additional 8 people in bedrooms #6 and #7 (see bedroom descriptions above). Guests will encounter some locked storage cabinets/closets with supplies for our cleaning staff. Other things to note LOW CLEARANCE GARAGE! Please verify the clearance before pulling your vehicle in the garage. While most large SUVs fit with no problems, do not pull in with any type of equipment rack attached to the roof, you WILL hit the garage. Bikes, sleds, and an extra fridge are in the garage for guest use. The third level of the house is available for an additional cost of $100 per night and sleeps an additional 8 people. There is an open staircase to the 3rd level that may not be suitable for those who struggle climbing stairs. For the safety of our guests, the upper-level decks are closed during the snowy months but the large, covered patio is open year-round! This house has multiple full-length staircases and may not be suitable for very small children. Please use your discretion when deciding if our property is a good fit before booking with us if there are small children in your group. Absolutely no smoking, no pets, and no parties. We are fortunate enough to have a property manager who lives next door to maintain the well-being of both our guests and our neighbors.
