Our home is remodeled, family/pet-friendly and a fantastic place to hang out in southern New Mexico. It is a 5-minute drive to Elephant Butte lake or the Sierra Del Rio golf course. Truth or Consequences is 10 minutes away to visit the famous hot springs, river tubing, various shops, local brewery, bowling alley, and other activities. Our home has a chefs kitchen, WiFi, large patio, grill, and views of the NM sunsets. Park your toys in the gated backyard or driveway. Non-smoking home. The space 1680 sq feet, 3-bedrooms with four beds and two bathrooms. Fresh paint inside, luxury vinyl floors and new tinted windows with blackout shades in bedrooms to keep the heat out. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, new furniture with trundle bed in 3rd bedroom to sleep eight. New LG appliances and a 2nd full size fridge for extra beverages is in the laundry room. Huge living room with reclining sofas, and half covered patio to spread out and relax after a busy day at the lake or town. Two big screen TV’s in living room and primary bedroom with Fire Sticks for streaming your favorite movies or shows. Home has central A/C and heat. Back deck is made from Trex so no splinters. Five stairs to climb on back deck to enter home. House is alarmed including windows. Our family uses the home so we keep some basic clothes there. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Guest access Full access to the house and patio with keyless entry to home and gated backyard area. Large patio, half of which is covered to escape the sun but still enjoy outside. Lot is 80’W X 120’D total. Other things to note Spacious parking in driveway or large gated backyard area so plenty of room to park your boat or camper. Shade tent, beach chairs, and various coolers are provided for your lake/beach days in the 2nd bedroom closet. Kids beach toy box under back deck. Most beach access at the lake is in soft sand which requires a four-wheel drive vehicle. Otherwise, you are walking and carrying items. State park entrance fee is required.
