Newly built apartment comes with one double bed and one single bed. Next door to Kujo Station (one minute walk) and Hanshin Electric Railway, and has excellent access to central Osaka and USJ. Guests will check in on their own and we will provide check-in information one day before check-in We do not provide early check-in service. If you arrive early and need to deposit your luggage, please use the coin locker at KUJO Station. ■ Accommodation requirements Guests who do not reside in Japan must provide passport photos to comply with Japanese laws. Please send us passport photos of each guest before check-in. ■ Cleaning Please note that towels are provided based on the number of guests, not based on the number of nights. We do not provide daily cleaning and changing of bed sheets and towels until guests check out. ■ Housing Rules ★In the house manual you will find the translation into 2 languages ( English, Chinese) the instruction on how to use appliances. ★Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment, including balcony. If it's revealed that guests smoked in the apartment area, guests then will be charged for penalty of 50,000JPY. ★Please do not leave any big items such as suitcase, large bags, etc behind you when you check out, otherwise you will be charged for disposal fee. ★There is no parking lot, but you may use paid-parking lots available around the building. ★　If any damage on property articles is discovered, the guest will be charged for the compensation.
