Waterfront on Chalk Sound, this 4-5 bedroom villa offers wonderful swimming and water access to the most beautiful turquoise waters on the island. Enter the gated driveway of Caicos Cays Villa and be greeted by the sleek, modern architecture against the backdrop of jaw-dropping azure blue waters. Enter your vacation home to find a light and spacious grand room with towering timber-framed ceilings and 10-foot-high sliding glass doors. Step out onto the inviting private pool deck and dip in the infinity pool while gazing out over the stunning blue hues of Chalk Sound. This villa offers indoor and outdoor dining areas with a furnished kitchen and BBQ grill. Enjoy the pristine waters on one of the complimentary kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards, or jump in and swim off the villa’s private dock. The waters here are calm, private, and shallow, perfect for your group to relax in the cooling Caribbean waters. The lovely crescent-shaped beach of Taylor Bay Beach (TC Villas Staff favorite!) is a 10-15 minute walk or short car ride away, and the villa provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Caicos Cays Villa can be offered as a four or 5-bedroom vacation rental, depending on how many guests are in your party. The main villa features four master bedrooms, king-size beds, ensuite baths, and sea views. The guest house next door can be rented as a 5th bedroom and offers an additional 5th bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and sea views. Both the primary and guest house offers a half bath off the living area. Notes: • A/C usage is separately metered and charged back to the guest at cost. The hot tub is optional and usage is charged a flat fee of $200 per week to cover the added electric consumption. The whole house. The villa manager is available if issues arise. Cleaning & Sanitization Protocols Post COVID19 // All our villas have the TCI assured badge: • A Sanitization station will be set up at the entrance to the property. • All high touch surfaces will be cleaned with anti-bacterial soap and water. Examples include dining tables, kitchen countertops and appliances, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet pulls and handles, railings, faucets, knobs, telephones, sinks, and toilets. • Windows in bedrooms and common areas will be opened to allow fresh air to circulate during the cleaning process. • All electronics and light fixtures will be wiped down including remotes and thermostats. • All soft surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized in accordance with EHD guidelines. • All floors will be swept and wiped with approved disinfectant cleaners. • All doors & hardware will be cleaned and disinfected. • All guests will be provided with a starter supply of essential amenities during their stay: Alcohol-based hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial hand soap, disposable disinfectant wipes, and paper towels, and toilet paper. • All moveable decorations or room amenities will be removed to limit guest touching. • Extra pillows, blankets, linens, etc. in the room will be removed to limit exposure. Extra items will be provided upon request. Deliver requested items in an individual single-use sanitary bag/wrapping. • Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes will be left in the rooms (where possible). • In-room touch screens will be disinfected. • Guests will have the option for a relaxed housekeeping schedule where cleaning only occurs less frequently as opposed to daily scheduled cleaning (arrangements with the guest). • Staff will be required to wear single-use face masks/face covering, single-use gloves, aprons, and close-toed shoes when servicing each room. • Line all trash cans with a disposal liner to make it easier to collect and dispose of waste.
