New home in friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to Wolf Lake. 10 minute drive to Hatcher Pass - amazing for berry picking, a quick hike or a scenic drive. Visit Independence Mine Historical State Park. 12 minute drive to most other local attractions and fun in Wasilla or Palmer including fishing, shopping for local artisan wares, festivals, ATV adventures, local reindeer and musk ox farm. The space New, open concept, roomy private home with fenced in backyard, sunny deck, inviting space. Guest access 15 minutes to most Wasilla and Palmer activities. Parking on site. Other things to note Only guests booked can stay overnight. No large parties or events are allowed without approval. No pets are allowed as a rule. Ring system is installed at the front door and backyard of the home. No cameras are in the home. If you would like to request an exception you will need to contact us and if approved provide proof of health and vaccine information for your pet and possible additional fees or deposits. For extended stays, we do require that guests partner with us to put the trash container at the street for pick up. If you are not able to do this please note that we will be on site every TuesdayPM /WenesdayAM for this purpose.
