KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, dishware & flatware, coffee maker, Nespresso pod machine, microwave, toaster, breakfast bar w/ seating GENERAL: Keyless entry, central heating & air conditioning, in-unit washer & dryer, hair dryer STARTER KIT: The following items are provided as a complimentary starter kit for guests and not intended for unlimited refills: 1. Kitchen (coffee powder, Nespresso pods, spices, condiments, dish soap, dishwasher tablets) 2. Bathroom (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton pads, cotton balls, q-tips, tooth paste and brush, toilet paper) 3. Towels (few sets provided, please wash and re-use if staying longer) 4. Laundry (detergent and dryer sheets) 5. Bags (garbage, food waste) PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) ENTERTAINMENT: TV on main and basement has access to Netflix (complimentary access), Youtube (sign-in not required), Prime TV and Disney+ (requires sign-in with guest account). Basement has pool table and mini air hockey table (puck requires regular charge upon use, cable provided). Violation of house rules could result in additional charges, or being asked to leave the property or removed by law enforcement. --OTHER NOTES-- 1. This property requires stairs to access basement which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility 2. Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera (above carport) and nest door bell at main entrance. 3. Due to insurance restrictions, wood fireplace in basement can not be used and city by-laws prevent the use of any outdoor open or closed fire pits. 4. Property is very close to lake, at night insects / flies will be attracted to indoor lights, please keep doors closed if entering and exiting regularly to access patio 5. If travelling with small children and require a crib or other arrangements, please message in advance and will do our best to accommodate special requests. 6. Outdoor pool is not fenced or gated and ONLY available during the season (May - September). Cleaning tools are available to help remove debris (e.g., leaves). Guests should practice touch supervision with non or weak swimmers. Swimming aids and water toys, such as pool noodles, water wings and inflatable water rings, do not prevent drowning. Please be extra careful with small children around the pool and ALWAYS ensure adult supervision is provided around the pool.
