You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time. There is a garage parking space and 1 driveway space. More parking is available on the street. Other things to note The garage door is temporarily out of service, but guests can park in our 2 car driveway. Early check-in/Late check-out request: Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time. Starting in September 2023, we hired a company that performs a monthly pest control routine to prevent ants from coming into the property. Additional note: The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 10. Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergy.
