Welcome to our front beach hideaway in Jaco South ! We are a French / Costarican surf instructors couple that offer a cozy room, shared bathroom/kitchen, in our house. Nature lovers will enjoy our direct beach access, the river, and our big garden filled with fascinating wildlife, from reptiles to macaws. Enjoy our outdoor amenities like the grill, slackline, hammocks and the outdoor shower. Also, we're steps from bus stop (to San José/Jaco/Quepos/Puntarenas), mini-supermarket and gas station. The space This ocean-view room offers a picturesque view of the sea, complete with a spacious desk, wifi connexion, a ceiling fan, and a large window. The room is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and shares a full shared bathroom. Our home features a well-equipped, expansive kitchen with an oven, stovetop, and refrigerator. You can also enjoy the spacious shaded terrace that overlooks our lush garden, surrounded by towering trees and cooled by the refreshing sea breeze. For nature enthusiasts, our property boasts direct access to the beach and the surf spot, complete with a river. We are also just steps from the famous El Miro viewpoint. The back of the property is bordered by the main avenue with a bus stop to San José / Quepos / Puntarenas / Center Jaco just steps away (less than 50 meters). You can easily go to the international airport or do a day-trip to explore the beautiful national park of Manuel Antonio ! Additionally, there's a mini-supermarket and a gas station nearby for your convenience. Our garden is a heaven for wildlife, including reptiles, macaws, crabs, squirrels, and more. You'll find an outdoor grill, a slackline and balance boards for your enjoyment. We've also set up an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand and a couple of hammocks to chill out. Plus, we offer private parking, so you can rest easy knowing your vehicle is secure. We are a friendly couple, one French and one Costarican. As surf instructors, we can offer you an unforgettable surf experience with lessons right in front of our house. In addition to our warm hospitality, we share our home with four very friendly dogs who live in the garden. They are part of the family and are always excited to greet new guests. Guest access You will have access to your room, the kitchen, the bathroom and all exterior. Entry into other rooms is not permitted. During your stay We will be on-site most of the time and available to assist you throughout your stay. You can also reach us via our phones. Other things to note The house is usually very quiet, but please be aware that occasional parties may take place at the neighboring large house on Friday or Saturday nights. Due to our beachfront location, please note that occasional insects may find their way into the house. However, we actively work to minimize these occurrences.
