Excellent location in downtown area, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and gyms. The apartment has: - Comfortable space for up to 3 adults. - Fast WiFi (stable for video calls and streaming: Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV). - Full kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pans, plates, cutlery and more. - Ideal for business trips, visiting family, or extended stays. The space The apartment has the essential equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. However, consider that it is on the 2nd floor and access is via a spiral staircase so access with bulky or heavy luggage can be uncomfortable. Likewise, it is not recommended for older adults or people who use crutches, walkers, canes, or similar. Parking is on the public road. Other things to note WATCH OUT! The apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are very narrow, so we do not recommend it for people with limited mobility or older adults.
