The city center is well accessible by public transport. The cottage is comfortably furnished for long-term stays, for example during the holidays. Garden grill, fireplace and terrace invite you to sit. The space The optimal maximum number of guests is 4. The fifth guest can sleep on an extra bed (folding chair). With an occupancy of 5 guests, less comfort and space should be expected. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen and a living room. There is underfloor heating in the living room. There are modern direct heaters in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a beautiful infrared heater in the bedroom. The reconstruction in January 2024 allowed access to the basement, where there is a bathroom with a toilet. The staircase is a bit steep, care must be taken. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction two-burner stove, and sandwich maker. Guests can have instant or ground coffee or various types of tea, including our homemade herbal tea. In the attic, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, soap and body lotion. Outside, there is a garden fireplace with barbecue facilities. There is an open fireplace next to the fireplace. When using the outdoor fireplace and fire pit, care must be taken to ensure safety when handling open flames and never leave the fire unattended!! Parking is behind the entrance gate. There's room for two cars. Others can park on the public road in front of the property next to the waste containers. Guest access Access is to the entire building. Other things to note The cottage is in a quiet location, it is necessary to pay attention to the quiet hours and privacy of the surrounding cottages. The cottage is located in a remote part of the property, offering privacy and relaxation. When using the outdoor fireplace and fire pit, care must be taken to ensure safety when handling open flames and never leave a burning fire unattended!! There is a good WiFi connection in the cottage. Upon arrival, we collect a city tax of 40 CZK per person per night. It can be paid in cash or by QR code.
