In the house, there are all the facilities you may need to stay and live well. It is within walking distance to Kalmar Castle and into Kalmar city. The nearest grocery store is one block away. The space The house is equipped with a complete kitchen, coffee maker, combined oven and microwave, oven hob and cupboards with plates, bowls and glasses. In the kitchen, there is also a washing machine with a dryer. There is a comfortable 90 cm bed with TV in front. It is possible to black out all windows, which allows you to sleep well. In the bathroom, there is a toilet and shower. The house has fiber optic internet and its own router that gives you fast Wi-Fi. You have a view of a lawn and plantations. The patio is furnished with garden furniture. The grocery store is a block away, where you can fill up the large refrigerator and freezer. If you stay longer, there is also a broom, floor mop and cleaning products to freshen up the accommodation yourself during your stay. Note: No smoking indoors or bringing animals.
