Conveniently located minutes from Downtown Georgetown, 10 minutes to the Kentucky Horse Park, and 20 to downtown Lexington. Cute house located on the Elkhorn, includes 2 different decks, and plenty of greenery. Room comes with its own bath just across the hall. House is dog friendly with a fully fenced in backyard, as long as the dog is cat friendly. There is an overly friendly and talkative cat who lives in the house! The space Guests have their own bedroom and bathroom, with access to kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces shared with homeowner. Part of the backyard is fully fenced. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away despite being so close to downtown Georgetown. There is a friendly cat who lives here. Guest access Access to the house via app, you’ll have your own room and bathroom. Shared access to the living room, kitchen, and backyard. During your stay I do work mostly from home and am happy to help! I’m part of the equestrian world and a huge football fan, I’m more than happy to give recommendations in Georgetown or Lexington.
