3-room apartment at Dresden Central Station

This apartment is located next to Dresden Central Station (5 min Walk) on the 5th floor (no lift)and also very close proximity to the city center. The city center, with its historic buildings and wide range of culture and art, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The transport connections are excellent. grocery store, park, Dresden University, HTW University, and hospital are around the corner. One can save a lot of public transportation fare as everything is easily accessible via a walk. The space The complete flat consists of 2 private rooms and a large living hall. The private rooms are equipped with a 140x200 cm bunk bed and one double bed 140x200cm. Therefore, It can comfortably host up to 6 guests. However, if needed, the living hall offers a sofa bed too. All rooms are fully furnished with beds, Study tables, racks, cupboards, etc. For entertainment, it has a TV and a 5.1 Dolby system to turn your busy day into a musical night. Guest access Guests can enjoy the large sunny living hall and fully equipped kitchen to prepare wonderful meals. On a sunny day, one can enjoy the sunbath in a large balcony with chilled beer. Other things to note Please respect the other guest's privacy and maintain a calm environment in the flat. Please keep the shared places every time neat and clean so the other guests can also use them. 5 euros per person will be charged for Towels and Bed linen.
