This beautiful estate is very private. UV treated swimming pool, breezy Palapa sitting area with fire to watch sunset, Turtle Hatchery, walls of Buganvilla and our own orchard! Help yourself to a coconut! On site caretaker. Manager a call away. Can set up extra cleaning , massages and meals to be catered or cooked. 2.5 hectares with a fantastic swimming pool with waterfall, swimming lane and shallow sitting area with umbrellas for shade. A Sma!l chipping green. An outdoor kitchen with barbeque. The space As you come through our gates you pass our small fruit orchard (Mangos, Lemons, Starfuit etc. ) and drive along 700 feet of Buganvilla. Parking is at our Casita. Walk past our large granite outdoor kitchen and enter our Efren Gonzalous painted deck. Our kitchen table is under the deck. Comfortable living room with Smart Tv and great Starlink internet. Kitchenaid appliances with Induction stove top. Microwave , dishwasher and wall oven. Water here is excellent but we also have a water filter connected to the kitchen tap and icemaker in the freezer. Hallway has washer and dryer and safe. “Under the Sea” bedroom again painted by Efren. 2 full shower bathrooms with sunroofs. Master bedroom has a mural of San Miguel Allende but an even better view of our pool and the ocean. This bedroom has an attached bathroom (full) Wall outside and down to our amazing pool and Palapa next to the ocean. Bring you fishing rod as fishing is great! There is a small putting green to sharpen your game. We have a fabulous rock wall that have built in a “challenging slide “ with a waterfall. Swim under our dolphin statue that lightly sprays you to keep cool. A large water deck with umbrellas and plastic loungers or chairs to keep you cool. Keep in shape by swimming our designated length area. Keep cool in our beautiful Palapa that transforms into a perfect evening cocktail and sunset spot. Light our gas fireplace for added warmth or just ambiance. Do not miss a swim in the hammocks under one of our 150 palm trees. Our staff will be happy to pick you a coconut for that Pina Colada! Take a stroll around our property to see all the flowers, fruits and birds you will probably never have seen before. Guest access Pool, rock slide/waterfall , hot tub,outdoor kitchen, orchard and turtle hatchery. Other things to note Air conditioning is very expensive so use sparingly. Keep off unless in the room and no lower than 24 degrees. We have 2 dogs that will sleep in back of property with the on site landscaper and wife. They are friendly and may want to play.
