The space We’ve spent a couple of years lovingly renovating this beautiful Old Town Filey home, creating a relaxed and welcoming space designed for both togetherness and downtime. At its heart is a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook and enjoy meals together, flowing into a light-filled dining conservatory with a lantern skylight roof and bi-fold doors — the perfect setting for long, sociable meals after a day at the beach. The home is designed with groups in mind, comfortably bringing up to eight guests together while still offering plenty of space to unwind, whether that’s relaxing in the cosy living room, finding a quiet corner, or enjoying time in smaller groups. Set over three spacious floors, the property offers four generous, well-proportioned bedrooms: two king rooms (one with an en-suite), one double, and one twin. Please note that all bedrooms are accessed via stairs and there is no ground-floor sleeping accommodation. Outside, there is a yard with a small bench which has enough parking space for two cars. (We tend to put one in the yard and one across the top.) This is also our own holiday home when not rented, and it is thoughtfully equipped with comfort in mind throughout.
