The space The resort’s 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom “Bonita” townhouse is situated high on the hill, between the “Sailfish” and “Rockfish” townhouses. It is the largest of the townhouse units, offering 2,875 square feet of living space, along with three outdoor balconies. The panoramic ocean views from its upper floor balcony, living room and master bedroom are truly breathtaking! The upper and lower floors have attractive travertine marble floor tiles in the kitchen, living room, hallways and bedrooms. This townhouse is ideal for a large family or three couples traveling together. It is rented on a nightly, space available basis. UPPER FLOOR The upper floor has a huge living room area, 252 square foot outdoor balcony (which stretches the width of the entire building), master bedroom, master bathroom, half bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, coffee table, two end tables, large oval dining table with eight chairs, entertainment hutch with a 55” flat screen TV and separate DVD player. The oceanview balcony can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. Ample granite countertop space, wall mounted wood cabinets, an “island” countertop with four cushioned bar stools and an extensive supply of cutlery, tableware and cooking utensils make this a full service kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bench at the foot of the bed, two nightstands, dresser, barrel chair, wall mounted 60” flat screen TV and a private closet with a wall mounted mini-safe. The master bathroom has a granite vanity top with two sinks and a walk-in shower. LOWER FLOOR Two separate staircases lead from the upper floor to each of the first floor guest bedrooms. Each spacious guest bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, with a marble vanity top and two sinks, shower and separate bathtub. Each bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 32” flat screen TV, private closet with wall mounted mini-safe, nightstand and dresser. Both guest bedrooms have their own 82 square foot private balcony and an alcove area that is furnished with a loveseat, end table, coffee table and wall mounted 32” flat screen TV.
