The house is located in a quiet village, on a large plot of land. It has the advantage of staying cool in summer. Located 10 min from Lake Charmes or Lake Liez, 15 min from Langres, 1h15 from Nancy, Troyes or Dijon. WARNING: If you want a soulless and sanitized model home, go your way and go to the hotel 😊 The space This is an old renovated house, with large spaces, a large terrace equipped with barbecue and plancha. On the ground floor there is a large open kitchen and a living room with fireplace and video projector. Upstairs are 3.5 bedrooms (a large bedroom is separated into 2 by a 1.80 m high partition), as well as a library-mezzanine area. A game room is on the top floor, in the attic.
