Don't be alarmed by the swaying. ☀ The property isn't enormous, and as such we ask that if your party is over 6 persons that you do not book. ☀ This villa has outdoor cameras for security purposes only, there are no cameras inside the house, and the cameras do not record audio. Cameras are located in the front of the house on the deck and below the house by the parking area. These cameras are for security and your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras. ☁ Internet may be spotty or inaccessible at times during busy weekends, due to congestion and overloading of local infrastructure, we will work with provider to do what is possible to alleviate issues as best we can. ☁ No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages or any other events outside of our control.
