Unique Soho Skylight Loft
Description
Stay in the heart of vibrant Soho in this top-floor walk up apartment flooded with abundant natural light from 2 skylights & 7 windows. Cook in the beautifully designed kitchen with a marble countertop island, Caraway cookware, & dishwasher. Work at my dining table equipped with a Herman Miller Aeron chair. Relax on my comfortable large sofa and watch Netflix/Hulu on a 65" LG Smart TV. Amenities include a washer/dryer and high-speed, 300 mbps Wi-Fi. The space This is a third floor walk up apartment in a two-unit building with a business on street level. It's technically an alcove studio apartment, meaning there is no bedroom wall. The space is roughly 680 square feet, so it's technically larger than some of my friend's one-bedroom apartments in the city. This is a charming building with varied ceiling heights. Some people say there's one place in the bathroom, next to the toilet that's a little uncomfortably low (I think it's 6'"6"), but overall the apartment feels large and spacious. Guest access I still have some of my belongings in the space, but I've done my best to give your own dedicated space space. There is an empty closet with wood hangers and two large shelves for storage and hanging up clothes. Feel free to use any of the provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tabs, clothing washer detergent, and/or condiments in the fridge. Other things to note Long term stays available! Like most apartments in NYC, this listing comes with some street noise. You'll probably hear trash trucks around 12:30 AM, delivery people stocking the coffee shop in the morning, honking around rush hour, and and some late night revelry. As a New Yorker, I notice it about twice per month, but if you are coming from a country home, this might be bothersome.
